I went online to buy a barrel and it was out of stock and back ordered. Shortly after I got an email saying they were in stock, so I ordered the barrel. I ended up getting the barrel shortly after my ordering it. When I opened the box the barrel was damaged, so I emailed them asking how they wanted to handle it. I never recieved a response. A few weeks later I recieved a new barrel that also had a minor defect so I mailed back the original barrel that I was sent and figured that I would live with the new one. A couple of weeks later I get an email saying they repaired the first barrel and were sending it back to me. So, now I have two barrels. I called customer service and they said to send one of the barrels back, but since the order was over 30 days they would have to get a approval from management for a refund. The barrel was sent back and about 2 weeks later I get an email saying that my refund was denied, but they would give me a in store credit. The problem is there is nothing there that I want or need.

I called today and talked to someone in management (April) who was of no use. I was told that I ordered the barrel twice, which I may have on accident. I understand their 30 day rule under most circumstances, but mine was a unique situation.

I would think twice before buying anything from Bear Creek Arsinal.

Bought complete upper 7.62 and it came fast in mail. Got it out following weekend and put on complete lower and went shoot! We'll hand rail moves freely out to right 1/4" and comes outa line with receiver rail when u have hand on it grip to shoot it. Tried tightening bolt but hand guard is made with bolt outline inside, so if tightening the hand guard is off center again. Or screw holes on hand guard off really bad! I'm going have find friends who fool with these see if they can fix it for me cause I cannot mount sights at all. Sent bear Creek email on 4-25-21 to warranty and customer service. Nothing back 4-30-21. Tried calling customer service well no answer. I'm done with this company. I was going order two more uppers in different caliber. Thanks bear creek I needed a door stop.

Their barrels are alright quality.

Well I'm back with an update, bca sided with FedEx and didn't refund my money, it's really funny they saying that FedEx was in my area that day, yes they could have been in my area but they never came to my house, I was in the garage working with my neighbor all day, I'm laid off so I've been home for the last month, anyway I called FedEx and they said last Thursday that they was going to pay the claim 366 dollars, well on Monday I called bca and they told me that FedEx denied my claim again saying that a truck was in my area, listen to me real good if you buy anything from bca you are taking a gamble, they use FedEx who will hire anyone, people with felonies and theft, if you buy something from bca get a signature when they deliver, but you still might have problems because those FedEx people will sign it themselves, so like I said your taking a gamble with bca and FedEx, I'm out 366 got ripped off and neither company had my back, bca used to use ups which is a good company now they start using people who steal and won't do anything to help you, beware y'all.

I will give them two stars for their warranty and website, however,
Their customer service sucks.

They do not list the length of their rifles in their specs. I had to email them four
Times before I received a half helpful reply to my questions. Under their "contact us"
Is a telephone icon but when you click it, the user gets nothing. In other words, they do
Not wish to hear from you, despite the fact that their rifles sell for close to a grand.

And when I check the local BBB, they had a very sad rating of 1.82, with over 50
Complaints.

If you are looking for a field rifle, go to a supplier whom cares about their customers
Because Bear S++t Arsenal does not.

Maybe I've just been lucky but I've had nothing but smooth transactions, fast shipping and great customer service with Bear Creek! There prices are in the ballpark for a budget build and I have never waited for more then a week to receive parts. They have my recommendation
